Etiquette
A Spa treatment affords time and relaxation. Cellular phones and electronic devices are disturbing. To guarantee a pleasant atmosphere for all guests we ask you to switch off your electronic devices during your visit at Dara Phirom Spa.

Reservations
In order to ensure availability, advanced reservations are highly recommended for all Dara Phirom Spa services.

Arrival
Please check-in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a reduced treatment time.

Late arrival
Your treatment can be reduced if the spa is busy and a full payment will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
A 3-hours cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability. In case of no-show or cancellation less than 3 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Refund Policy
Spa single treatments and spa packages are non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable.

Valuables
For your comfort, we suggest leaving your valuables in the safe provided.

Special Consideration
Guests who have high blood pressure, severe heart conditions, allergy, are pregnant or have any medical complications are advised to consult the doctor before signing up for any Spa service.

Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the Spa area is not allowed.

Maximum Relaxation
We want you to truly relax, unwind and be comfortable. Therefore please let your therapist know if you would like any fine-tuning to the temperature, music level, massage pressure or other request you may have.
