- All rates are published in Thai Baht on a per room basis, excluding of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

- A la carte breakfast daily from 07:00-14:00 inclusive a wide selection of breakfast sets. Additional a la carte selection is available at an extra charge.
- Breakfast served in the room will incur a service surcharge of THB 585++. For Deluxe Suites only, breakfast is served at no extra charge.
- Extra bed surcharge is THB 1,170++ (for all seasons), inclusive of breakfast.
- Compulsory Christmas Gala Dinner at THB 4,900++/person.
- Compulsory New Years Gala Dinner and celebration at THB 7,500++/person.
- Children under 3 years of age; FOC incl. BF (baby cot is available, extra bed is charged according to list price.)
- Children from 3 - 12 years of age sharing with parents a Superior Room (utilizing existing bedding) pay a breakfast surcharge of THB 250++ only.
- First child from 3 - 12 years of age sharing with parents a Deluxe Suite is FOC with a compulsory breakfast surcharge of THB 250++.
- Second child from 3 - 12 years of age receives a 50% discount from the regular applicable rate, inclusive of breakfast.
- Children above 12 years of age pay full extra bed which includes breakfast.
- All prices include a free fruit basket or similar upon arrival, an international newspaper and welcome drink coupon redeemable in all Darasamui outlets.
- Airport transportation fee is THB 450++ per way and van/limousine.
- Registered guests in room only, otherwise a joiner fee of THB 900++ is charged. This fee includes breakfast.
